• We are a family friendly home. Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group. The person making the reservation must be at least 30 years of age and must personally occupy the property for the entire rental period.  We do not accept reservations from young adults under 30 years of age or if a majority of the group is under the age of 30.

• When you make a reservation, you will be required to sign a lease agreement, provide a copy of your photo ID and register all guests and vehicles. Amenity badges are required to use any community amenities.  Five badges are provided with your reservation. Additional badges can be purchased at the Main Administration Building or at certain pools.

• We provided linens, bath towels or bed sheets.

• The cleaning fee includes cleaning of the house and hot tub and linen service

• The community registration fee is included with your stay

• All persons using community amenities must have a valid guest amenity badge in order to gain entry. We provide 5 amenity badges for your use. Additional day passes may be purchased at the beaches and pools for a small daily fee.

• Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. We provide 5 badges with your reservation. Additional badges can be purchased during your stay as needed. Badges are $12/day. No refunds are provided by the community for badges purchased and not used. Community Outdoor Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We make no guarantees the community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, Covid, etc.
